Featuring Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley, YamaYama American IPA harkens back to the decades old, unapologetically bitter IPAs from the west coast of the United States that inspired a generation of craft beer drinkers. Hop-forward notes of resiny pine, grapefruit pith, and dried orange peel feature prominently. A balanced malt sweetness marries a robust, dry finish for an IPA that attempts to recapture the refined craftsmanship of the forebears of the style.
