Nishi (西) meaning "west" or "western," sets out to capture this modern and emerging beer style that blends the crisp, clean, and light-bodied profile of a traditional German or Czech pilsner with the bold, citrusy, and tropical hop aroma of a west coast IPA. Nishi is a lean and crips pils with vibrant notes of citrus, resinous pine, and a refreshing bitter finish.
